1. Senior Project Manager/ Assistant BIM Manager
Job Responsibilities
​

  • Develop and Implement BIM standards, templates and libraries on a project or corporate level;

  • Conduct training for staff members to improve on their BIM skill set;

  • Maximize value and efficiency of BIM in engineering projects such as drawing production, system analysis and bill of quantities;

  • Develop Skills in various BIM technology 

​

Job Requirements

​

  • Degree in Construction Management or Equivalent;

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on BIM experience in AEC industry;

  • Skilled with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and BIM360

  • Knowledge in Dynamo is preferable

2. BIM Engineer/ Assistant BIM Engineer
Job Responsibilities
​

  • Building BIM models and resolving clashes;

  • Maintain an accurate data set of drawings, design specifications and project schedules;

  • Prepare construction analysis and simulation;

  • Coordinate and ensure that deliverable are submitted on time;

  • Assist project manager and perform relevant job duties

​

Job Requirements

​

  • Be a Degree/ Diploma holder in Building Services/ Quantity Surveying or any related discipline;

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; looking to pursue a career in the Building Services field or Construction Industry;

  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks;

  • Good time management, problem solving skills and is self-motivated; capable of working under pressure;

  • Have good command of Cantonese and English;

  • Fresh Graduates may be considered for other positions

3. Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities
​

  • Assist in Quantity Surveying for pre & post contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, variation and final account etc;

  • Assist project manager and perform relevant job duties

​

Job Requirements

​

  • Degree/ Associative Degree, Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

  • Self-motivated and disciplined;

  • Minimum 1 year working experience;

  • Proficiency in Glodon software is preferred;

  • Good communications and interpersonal skill, able to work both independently and in a team setting; capable of working under pressure;

  • Fresh Graduates may be considered for other positions
